| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that on November 06, 2012 The International Finance Corporation has signed a Loan agreement to provide financing to LLC Firm "Astarta-Kyiv" and LLC "Globinsky processing plant" (subsidiaries of the Company). The proceeds of the loan would be granted to the construction of a soybean crushing facility, the construction of a biogas facility, the expansion of agricultural land, the purchase of supporting farm machinery, storage and infrastructure to increase production volumes of crops and further modernise sugar production. The financing in amount of up to USD 40 mln. would comprise a secured long-term loan for up to seven years. |
