| | The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on December 4, 2013 a Loan agreement between PJSC ?Credit Agricol Bank", the Ukrainian subsidiary of Credit Agricol Group, from one side, and DE ?Milkiland Ukraine" together with its agri-subsidiaries ALLC Nadiya", PJSC ?Iskra", LLC ?Uspih-Mena", from another side, was signed. The agreement is aimed to provide a loan financing to DE ?Milkiland-Ukraine" and its subsidiaries in total amount up to USD 15 million. It has come into force on 24 February 2014 after the conditions precedent were fully met by Milkiland. The financing comprises a credit for 5 years with 8-month grace period in amount of USD 7.5 million and the credit line for 3 years with a limit up to USD 7.5 million. The financing is secured by pledge of assets and goods of DE ?Milkiland Ukraine" and its subsidiaries. The proceeds from this facility will be used to repay the existing Ukrainian banks loans and for financing of the agricultural operations of Milkiland
