| | Exillon Energy plc 2013 Annual General Meeting 29 May 2013 - Exillon Energy plc, a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces that the 2013 AGM Notice will be available on the Company's website, www.exillonenergy.com. A hard copy of the Report, as well as the AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders.
