The Management Board of Krka, tovarna zdravil, d.d., Novo mesto (the "Company") hereby informs that on 10 April 2012 the Company obtained access to the Electronic System for Information Transmission (Elektroniczny System Przekazywania Informacji - ESPI). Starting from 10 April 2012, the Company will provide its current and periodical information through ESPI in addition to complying with its reporting obligations through the Slovenian electronic system for the dissemination of the regulated information, SEOnet. Legal basis: § 11.1 of the Rules of using the Electronic System for Information Transmission.
