| Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 412F, route d?Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby provides update on coal production in June 2011: ? Production of coal at mines increased 30.3% year to year and 25.4% month to month ? Coal recovery from waste dumps increased 3.8% month to month The June?s increase in Rassvet-1 mining volumes was caused by increased face output at the mine. The decrease of coal trading volume is connected to seasonality of coal purchases by energy generating companies. For detailed information about production please see attached file.
