Warszawa, June 13: Resolution No. 745/2011 - KRUK
Resolution No. 745/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 13 June 2011 concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List of series D bearer ordinary shares of the company KRUK S.A.
§ 1 Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 1.1 of Chapter 7 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 15 June 2011 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market 1,100,000 series D bearer ordinary shares of the company KRUK S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, conditional on the registration of those shares and their coding as "PLKRK0000010" by the National Depository for Securities on 15 June 2011. § 2 This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
