| E-Star Alternative Plc. "under bankruptcy protection" (hereinafter: ?Company") hereby informs its reputable investors that the Polish Consumer Protection and Competition Authority granted its approval to the merger set out in the Company?s announcement of 12 April 2013. Euro-Energetyka Sp. z o.o. - owned 51% by the Company?s subsidiary E-Star Elektrociepłownia Mielec Sp. z o.o. and 49% by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. ? will merge into Energia Euro Park Sp. z o.o. established with the sole ownership of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. As the result of the transaction - set out in the Company?s announcement of 12 April 2013 - E-Star Elektrociepłownia Mielec Sp. z o.o. will become shareholder of Energia Euro Park Sp. z o.o. owner of the distribution network and electricity distribution rights in the Special Economic Zone in Mielec, thus will have the opportunity of further participation in the electricity distribution activities.
