| E-Star Alternative Plc. ?under bankruptcy protection" (the ?Company") hereby informs its reputable investors in connection with decree No. 9.Cspk.01-12-000049/42 of the Metropolitan Court on rejecting the petition for approval of settlement agreement and cancelation of bankruptcy process as follows, with respect to the expiration of the deadline open for appeals on 25 July 2013: The Company submitted its motion for appeal, as according to its opinion the reasoning* set out in the Metropolitan Court?s decree is unfounded and the settlement agreement complies with the relevant regulations of applicable law. Pursuant to section 21/C (3) of the bankruptcy act the Court shall rule on the appeal in special proceedings, but at least within 8 business days. Details in the enclosure. | |||||||||||
