| | The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. informs that a Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. entered into the deal to acquire the Ukrainian company leasing 12 500 hectares of land in the northern part of Ukraine and possessing grain storage capacities of 80 000 mt. All land is located in Sumy region in close proximity to the one of the existing clusters of Industrial milk Company S.A. The grain storage facilities are located in Sumy and Poltava regions and equipped with dryers. A Subsidiary of Industrial Milk Company S.A. also entered into the deal with another Ukrainian company to obtain land lease agreements for 6 000 hectares of a farm land in Poltava region. All land is located in Poltava region in close proximity to the one of the existing clusters of Industrial milk Company S.A. After arranging the deal the farming land bank of Industrial Milk Company S.A. will be increased by 18 500 hectares and total 82 690 hectares. The grain storage capacities of Industrial Milk Company S.A.
will total 303 000 mt. Corn and sunflower will be planted on 18 500 hectares of the target land as no winter crops were sown there. Conclusion of an agreement will be announced according to the fact of the state registration. The Company will inform on official closing of acquisition, according to the legal requirements, in particular according to § 5 sec . 1 point 11 of Regulation of the Ministry of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal.
