| The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A. (hereinafter the Company) informs that the Company has attracted a loan in the amount of USD 10 mln under the program of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a member of the World Bank Group (hereinafter IBRD), aimed at exports development. The proceeds of the loan will be used to refinance the existing debt of the Company. The loan, received under the program of IBRD, allows the Company to reduce the cost of existing debt and extend the maturity of the debt. Debt reduction and refinancing of the current debt are the priorities for the Company in the current and next year. | |||||||||||
