| | The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the ?Company") informs that on 23rd of April 2012 the Company received a letter from Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali OFE), with its registered seat in 15B, Postepu street, Warsaw. With this letter Generali OFE informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 16th of April 2012 it holds above 10% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A. Before the transaction Generali OFE held 1 492 006 shares (one million four hundred ninety two thousand six shares) which represented 9,996% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. After the transaction Cenerali OFE holds 1 492 706 shares (one million four hundred ninety two thousand seven hundred six shares) which represents 10,001% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company. Within the next 2 month the Fund doesn?t exclude neither increasing nor decreasing its stake in KSG Agro S.A. depending on the market situation and
