Establishment of the Audi Committee of the Supervisory Council and approval of the work regulations of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council; Resolved: to establish the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council and to approve the work regulations of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Council.
