| The public auction, regarding sale of 100% shares of Žem?s vystymo fondas 1 UAB, Žem?s vystymo fondas 2 UAB and Žem?s vystymo fondas 8 BUAB, took place. The winning bidder offered LTL 8.353.539 for the 100% shares of Žem?s vystymo fondas 2 UAB and 100% shares of Žem?s vystymo fondas 8 BUAB. The winning bidder offered LTL 9.338.502 for the 100% shares of Žem?s vystymo fondas 1 UAB. An average price of LTL 9.300 per 1 Ha of utilized agricultural land of above mentioned companies was proposed by winning bidder. According to the established procedure in Rules of public auction in the nearest timing the Board of the Agrowill Group AB will make a separate decision regarding the final sale of the 100% shares of Žem?s vystymo fondas 1 UAB. It is expected that the transaction will be completed within next 4-6 weeks |
