The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. herby informs that on 1nd August, 2013, the Company was notified that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine issued a permission on acquisition of the integral property complex of the Orzhytsya sugar plant in Poltava region. Currently the Company is completing the acquisition arrangements and will report on a transaction in due course.
