(?the Bank?) hereby informs that on 4th March 2015 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that: 1) on 25th February 2015 he sold 26 shares for the price 6.41 EUR. 2) on 27th February 2015 he acquired granted shares under the deferred and conditional remuneration plan in the number of 32,952 in the first cycle and 46,707 in the second cycle. 3) on 27th February 2015 he acquired granted shares under the deferred and conditional remuneration plan in the number of 8,481 in the third cycle and 31,007 in the fourth cycle.
