| | Zarząd Global Energy S.A. działając zgodnie z art. 70 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych informuje o odebraniu w dniu dzisiejszym zawiadomienia podmiotu "R.K.K. Energy Limited" dalej zwanym "RKK" w trybie Art. 69 ust.1, 4 i 4B - Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, dotyczącego zmiany dotychczas posiadanego udziału RKK w kapitale i w głosach na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy spółki Global Energy S.A. Przekazane zawiadomienie posiada następującą treść: Notification pursuant to Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering Acting pursuant to Art. 69 paragraph 1 point 2 and Art. 69 paragraph 4 and 4b of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading and Public
Companies (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 185), we inform that, by execution on March 24th 2014 transactions on the regulated market resulting sale of 709.000 (seven hundred nine thousand) shares of the company GLOBAL ENERGY S.A. (hereinafter called GE), our shareholding in the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of GE has changed. Before conclusion of the abovementioned sale of GE shares, R.K.K. Energy Limited held 1.700.000 (one million seven hundred thousand) shares of GE, entitling to 1.700.000 (one million seven hundred thousand) votes at the general meeting of shareholders of GE, accounting for 5,07% (five and seven hundred of percent) in the overall number of votes. After conclusion on March 24th 2014 of the abovementioned sale resulting drop of 709.000 (seven hundred nine thousand) votes at the general meeting of shareholders, R.K.K. Energy Limited holds 991.000 (nine hundred ninety one thousand) shares of GE, entitling to 991.000 (nine hundred ninety one thousand) votes at the
general meeting of shareholders of GE, accounting for 2,96% (two and ninety six hundreds of percent) in the overall number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders. In addition we inform that the requirement connected with information on further increase or decrease of the number of votes in GE does not apply. We also inform that there are no third persons or entities referred to Art.87 point 1.3.c of the Act on Public Offering with whom have been concluded agreements to transfer the right to exercise voting rights from GE shares. | | | | | | | | | | |
