| | In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement: Gorenje, d.d., hereby announces that it has successfully completed the offering of 10-month commercial paper. Commercial paper with the identification code GRV03 has a 2.20% interest rate. Total nominal value of the issue in the first round amounts to EUR 27 million. Commercial paper will also be offered in the second subscription round from March 2, 2015, to December 12, 2015, up to the total nominal issue amount of EUR 30 million. Gorenje, d.d., has applied for the admission of the commercial paper subscribed in the first round to trading on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The purpose of the issue of commercial paper is seasonal financing of business operations and diversification of short-term financing sources. More information regarding the commercial
