| Industrial Milk Company S.A. (the Company) informs, following issuance of current report No. 13/2012 dated June 14, 2012, that on June 2, 2012 its subsidiary company Burat-Agro LLC completed an initial placement of the bonds to the amount of 200,000,000 hryvnas The secondary distribution of the bonds will start after registration of the report about placement of the bonds by the National Commission of Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine. The placement of the bonds was conducted to attract financing for further development of the Company. Bonds? maturity date is 26 June 2014. Coupon interest rate is 14%. The sureties of the above-menti oned issue of bonds are the Company and its subsidiary company Chernihiv Industrial Milk Company LLC. The underwriters of issue of the bonds are PJSC VTB Bank (Ukraine) and ICU Ltd. The placement of the bonds was conducted on the Perspectyva Stock Exchange (Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine) and PFTS Stock Exchange. | |||||||||||
