25 September 2014 INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES International Personal Finance plc announces that on 24 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 91,473 ordinary shares at an average price of 491.4269 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 484.3 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 496.8 pence. Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,180,101 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,524,995.
