26 September 2014 INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES International Personal Finance plc announces that on 25 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 88,513 ordinary shares at an average price of 494.8005 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 500 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 485.5 pence. Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,268,614 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,436,482.
