International Personal Finance plc announces that on 21 May 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 37,929 ordinary shares at an average price of 583.6212 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 591 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 571 pence. Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 647,794; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 239,057,302.
