| | KDM Shipping Public Limited (the ?Company") hereby informs that on 17 June 2013 the Company received from ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. ("ING PTE SA") acting on behalf of: (i) ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (ii) ING Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny ("FE ING"), a notification pursuant to Art. 69 and article 87.1.3 lit b of the Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that as a result of settlement the acquisition of Company's shares and the share capital increase in the Company, which as reported by the Company in its current report no 22/2013 took place on 11 June 2013, the total number of shares and votes held by FE ING increased above 10%. According to the notification, prior the settlement of the acquisition of shares and a capital increase, FE ING held 330,000 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 4.52% of
the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. After the capital increase and settlement of the acquisition of shares, FE ING hold 1,059,000 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 11.39% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. FE ING do not exclude that within the next 12 months number of Company's shares held FE ING will increase or decrease depending on the market situation and Company's standing.
