KDM Shipping Public Limited (the ?Company") hereby informs that the Company received on 12 June 2013 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that on 11 June 2013 KM Management Limited - the entity wholly owned and controlled by Mr. Kostiantyn Molodkovets - the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, disposed 2,000,000 already possessed Company's shares and acquired the same number - 2,000,000 of the newly issued Company's shares. The shares were sold and acquired with price of PLN30 per share.
