| | Zarząd Spółki Kredyt Inkaso S.A. z siedzibą w Zamościu (dalej: Emitent) niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 22 kwietnia 2011 roku powziął informację o nabyciu aktywów znacznej wartości, w wyniku realizacji zlecenia przekazanego Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: Copernicus Capital TFI S.A.) na nabycie jednostek uczestnictwa w Copernicus Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Subfundusz Dłużnych Papierów Korporacyjnych ("Subfundusz"). Zlecenie transakcji nabycia jednostek uczestnictwa zostało wykonane w oparciu o umowę z dnia 6 kwietnia 2011 r. zawartą przez Emitenta z Copernicus Capital TFI S.A. Wycena transakcji nastąpiła w dniu 20 kwietnia 2011 roku i nabyto 189 591,430467 jednostek uczestnictwa na łączną kwotę 20 000 000 zł. Wartość ewidencyjna nabytych jednostek uczestnictwa w księgach rachunkowych Emitenta na dzień nabycia wynosiła 20 000 000 zł.Subfundusz może lokować od 66% do 100% swoich aktywów w dłużne papiery wartościowe i Instrumenty Rynku
Pieniężnego emitowane przez przedsiębiorstwa mające swoją siedzibę na terenie Polski. Fundusz może zawierać umowy mające za przedmiot Instrumenty Pochodne w celu ograniczenia ryzyka inwestycyjnego związanego ze zmianą kursów, cen lub wartości papierów wartościowych i Instrumentów Rynku Pieniężnego, kursów walut obcych, wysokości stóp procentowych. Nabycie jednostek uczestnictwa zostało sfinansowane ze środków uzyskanych z emisji akcji serii H. Celem nabycia jednostek Subfunduszu jest lokowanie środków pieniężnych znajdujących się w dyspozycji Emitenta do czasu realizacji właściwych inwestycji określanych celami emisji, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu akceptowalnego bezpieczeństwa inwestycji i możliwości szybkiego wycofania zainwestowanych środków w każdym czasie, na potrzeby wykorzystania ich w ramach działalności Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta.Nabycie aktywów odbyło się na warunkach rynkowych. Kryterium uznania nabywanych aktywów za aktywa o znacznej wartości jest przekroczenie 10% kapitałów własnych Emitenta. | |

| | Subject: The purchase of the participation rights of the investment fundThe Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with the registered office inZamość (The Issuer) informs that today i.e. 22 April 2011, it has beennotified of the accomplishment of the purchase of assets of significantvalue, resulting from accomplishment of the commission in respect of thepurchase of participation rights of Copernicus Fundusz InwestycyjnyOtwarty, Subfundusz Dłużnych Papierów Korporacyjnych ("Subfund"),charged to Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.with the registered office in Warsaw (Copernicus Capital TFI S.A.). Thecommission of the purchase of the participation rights was charged onthe grounds of the agreement concluded by the Issuer with the CopernicusCapital TFI S.A. dated on 6 April 2011. The valuation of the purchase inquestion was conducted on 20 April 2011 and the Issuer purchased theparticipation rights in the amount of 189 591,430467, with the value ofPLN 20 000 000.The registry value of
the purchased participation rightson the day of the purchase, in the accountant records of the Issuer,amounts to PLN 20 000 000.The Subfund is entitled to invest form 66% to 100% if its assets inclaim securities and other measuresof the capital market, issued by thecompanies with its registered office in Poland. The Subfund is entitledto enter agreements considering derivative instruments, for the purposeof limiting the investment risk, which is related with changes in therates of exchange of currency, prices or the value of the securities andinstruments of the capital market, rates of exchange of the foreigncurrencies, the rates of interests. The purchase of the participationrights was financed out of the funds resulting from the public issue ofthe H series issues of the Issuer. The purpose of the purchase of theparticipation rights of the Subfund is the investment of the Issuer’sfinances until the time of realization of the due investments of theIssuer, which are indicated as the purposes of the issue (in
respect ofthe public issue of the series H issues), along with the maintenance ofthe accepted security of the investment and the ability of promptwithdrawal of the invested funds, regardless of the time, for thepurposes in respect of the businesses of the Issuer’s Group. Thepurchase of the assets was based on the market conditions.The criterion being the basis of consideration of the acquiredsignificant assets, is the value of the mentioned above purchasedparticipation rights that exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s capitals. | |
