| With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 14 June 2013 up to and including 20 June 2013 Krka acquired 4,848 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 248,033 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,413,857 representing 6.814% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,418,705 representing 6.827% of all shares issued. | |||||||||||
