| | The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that a Subsidiary of the Company entered into the deal to acquire 3 Ukrainian companies leasing 8 800 hectares of land in the central part of Ukraine. All lands are located in Dnepropetrovsk region, which is the target region of KSG Agro operations, in close proximity to the existing divisions of the Company. After finalizing the deal total land bank under KSG Agro S.A. control will be around 70 000 hectares. Acquisition will be finalized subject to customary due diligence and obtaining regulatory approvals in Ukraine. The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. will inform on official closing of the deal. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are
