| | The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (WAR: MMD, the ?Company?) announces that today the Company received signed distribution agreement for its epidural instrument with TRIMED Sp.z.o.o, one of the largest distributors of diagnostic equipment in Poland. In its ten years of operations, TRIMED has built a broad product portfolio for use in gynecology, obstetrics, cardiology, radiology and other medical applications. Under the agreement, the Company granted to TRIMED exclusive rights for three years to distribute the CompuFloTM Epidural instrument in Poland, with the rights to renewal, subject to certain conditions being met. According to numbers provided by the Central Statistical Office in Poland, the addressable market includes over 8 million people suffering from chronic pain in Poland each year. Additionally, the Ministry of Health and the Polish National Health Fund are preparing legislation to allow the reimbursement of epidural anesthesia in natural childbirth. The Company believes that
