(WAR: MMD), today announced its Board of Directors has approved plans for a public offering in connection with an uplisting from the NewConnect Market to the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The uplisting, planned for the second half of 2014, is subject to approval of the Company\'s prospectus by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (FSA). The prospectus is currently being prepared by Milestone Medical and WDM, one of Central and Eastern Europe\'s leading small cap investment banks. Leonard Osser, CEO of Milestone Medical, said, “We have made significant progress since our initial listing in late 2013, and look
forward to transitioning to the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which we believe will help increase awareness and expand the audience of potential investors in Milestone Medical.\" In connection with the Company\'s prospectus and public offering, the board has authorized the issuance of new shares valued at $6-7 million USD. The shares are expected to be issued at a post-money valuation of at least $92 million USD, or approximately 12 PLN/$3.90 USD per share. About Milestone Medical Inc.
