| In accordance with provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement: On 30 September 2011, Matjaž Kovačič, President of the Nova KBM's Management Board, purchased, on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, a total of 980 Nova KBM (KBMR) shares: - 557 shares at a price of ?4.59 per share - 423 shares at a price of ?4.50 per share The total transaction value amounted to ?4,460.13. Following this purchase, Matjaž Kovačič, President of the Management Board, now owns 3,644 Nova KBM (KBMR) shares. This notice will be available on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) as from 4 October 2011. | |||||||||||
