| | In accordance with Article 54 of the Takeover Act, Nova KBM d.d., Ulica Vita Kraigherja 4, 2505 Maribor, hereby gives a notice concerning the outcome of the takeover bid for the shares of Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d., Cankarjeva ulica 3, 2000 Maribor (hereafter referred to as the ?offeree company?), made on the basis of the authorisation of the Securities Market Agency No. 40201-7/2011-6 dated 8 July 2011. During the acceptance period of the takeover bid, i.e. from and including 11 July 2011 until and including 10 August 2011 by 12 noon, the total of 6 accepting parties, which in aggregate held 73,800 shares of the offeree company, representing 0.59% of the total outstanding shares of the offeree company, accepted the takeover bid. Pursuant to the provisions of the takeover bid and the prospectus, the takeover bid for the acquisition of Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. shares shall be deemed successful.
