| In accordance with provisions of the Code of Best Practice for Warsaw Stock Exchange Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d. hereby publishes the following announcement: Nova KBM d.d. would like to inform the public that the publishing of the Unaudited non-consolidated and consolidated 2012 financial statements of Nova KBM d.d. and the Nova KBM Group will most likely take place in March 8, 2013 and not February 28, 2013 as originally announced. The reason for this amendment is the adjustment with the Nova KBM d.d.?s Supervisory Board meeting.
