| | Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 412F, route d?Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby informs about change in management of Sadovaya Group: Sergiy Synyanskyy was appointed as a general director of ?Management Company" Sadovaya Group" LLC in June of 2012 and will be acting in a capacity of Chief Executive Officer of the Group replacing Yuriy Pinkovskiy. In this role Mr. Synyanskyy will be responsible for the operational management, strategic development and growth of the Group. Mr. Synyanskyy started his career in State Savings Bank of Ukraine in the position of the Head of tax planning division. From 2003 to 2007 Mr. Synyanskyy was an audit manager at Ernst & Young, focused on companies in metals and mining, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Later in his career he worked at EastOne Group, a UK based investment advisory firm, where he was responsible
for financial controllership over several portfolio businesses and financial side of selected M&A deals. Before joining Sadovaya Group, Mr. Synyanskyy served on various operational roles at Exigen Services, a global technology solutions business based in San Francisco, California. Mr. Synyanskyy holds a Masters Degree in Banking and a Ph.D. in International Economy. Legal grounds: article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies. | | | | | | | | | | |
