| | The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the "Company") informs that on 23 November 2011, in accordance with resolution No. 1422/2011, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange admitted all of the shares in the share capital of the Company, i.e. 132,000,000 ordinary bearer shares in the Company to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Company's intention is that trading in its shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange commences on 28 November 2011. The Company?s shares were registered in the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under ISIN code BG11SOSOBT18.
