| SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from 9 January 2014 up to and including 15 January 2014 the Company bought 18 313 own shares representing 0.014% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 72 711.42 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.97 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.
