Contents of the report:
The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the ?Company") informs, that the Ukrainian bank (the ?Bank 3") and the leasing company filed the claims to Ukrainian court to recover the equivalent of USD 4 million from JSC WESTA-DNEPR and LLC WESTA INDUSTRIAL (subsidiary of the Company). The management of the Company negotiates with Bank 3 and the leasing company on the settlement of the claims. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
