(short name: Gorenje, d.d.), Partizanska 12, SI-3503 Velenje, Slovenia Announcement of the Supervised Information?s is referring to Article 106 and 110 of Market in Financial Instruments Act. At the 50th meeting, held on the 24th of April, 2014, the Supervisory Board of Gorenje, d.d., adopted audited Annual Report of Gorenje, d.d., and the Consolidated Annual Report of the Gorenje Group for the year 2013, and confirmed the proposal for the application of the balance-sheet profit for the year 2013. The Supervisory Board adopted the Report on the revision of Annual Report, which will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting.
