19.02. Warszawa (PAP) - Resolution No. 112/2010 - MONDI SWIECIE SA
Resolution No. 112/2010 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 18 February 2010 concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of series A bearer ordinary shares of the company MONDI ŚWIECIE S.A.
§ 1 The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, 108 series A bearer ordinary shares of the company MONDI ŚWIECIE S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, coded as "PLCELZA00026" by the National Depository for Securities are admitted to exchange trading in the main market. § 2 Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 25 February 2010 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market the shares of the company MONDI ŚWIECIE S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 25 February 2010 of the shares with the shares of the company listed on the exchange. § 3 This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
