| | Industrial Milk Company S.A. (the Company) informs that on 13 June 2012 its subsidiary company Burat-Agro LLC obtained the Interim certificate about registration of issue of the bonds of enterprises to the amount of 200,000,000 hryvnas (UAH). The interim certificate is issued by the National Commission of Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine. Bonds? maturity date is 26 June 2014. Coupon interest rate is 14%. Interest payment will be done quarterly. Issue of bonds is aimed at financing the Company?s further expansion and growth. The sureties of the above-mentioned issue of bonds are the Company and its subsidiary company Chernihiv Industrial Milk Company LLC. The Company will inform on the debt raising, if any, according to the legal requirements, in particular ac cording to § 5 sec. 1 point 11 of Regulation of the Ministry of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a
non-member country as equal.
