International Personal Finance plc (?IPF?) today announces that it has increased the outstanding amount of its 5.750 per cent. Notes due 2021 (the ?Notes?) by ?100m, bringing the new total amount to ?400m. The new tranche of the Notes was priced at a reoffer price of 100%, equating to a reoffer yield of 5.75%, and is due to be issued under IPF?s euro medium-term note programme (the ?Programme?) established on 19 April 2010 and most recently updated on 27 February 2015. Formal signing of documentation is
expected to take place on 21 April 2015. The Notes are expected to be rated BB+ by Fitch Ratings. The managers are Citigroup Global Markets Limited and HSBC Bank plc.
