International Personal Finance plc announces that on 4 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation 139,098 ordinary shares at an average price of 595.6382 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 600.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 584.5 pence. This completes the planned ?60M buy-back programme announced on 30 July 2013.
