| | Zarząd Kredyt Inkaso S.A. informuje, że na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 29 lipca 2014 r. następujący akcjonariusze wykonywali prawo głosu z akcji reprezentujących ponad 5 % głosów na ZWZ: Pani Monika Chadaj reprezentowała 365.515 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 6,28 % ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 2,83 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów; Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny reprezentował 1.843.000 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 31,66 % ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 14,25 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów; AGIO RB FIZ reprezentował 1.811.200 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 31,11 % ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 14,00 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów; Fundusze Aviva Inwestors Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty oraz Aviva Inwestors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty reprezentowały 1.155.294 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 19,84 % ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 8,93 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. is hereby informing that at the Ordinary General Assembly on 29 July 2014 the following shareholders exercised their voting right from shares representing over 5% votes at the Ordinary General Assembly.
