| With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 26 September 2014 up to and including 2 October 2014 Krka acquired 7,673 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 501,290 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 58,624 representing 0.179% of all shares issued.
