| With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 23 January 2015 up to and including 30 January 2015 Krka acquired 7,026 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 400,044 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 207,318 representing 0.632% of all shares issued.
