Abanka Vipa, d. d. sold for its own account 1,943 shares as follows: on 22 April 2014: - 958 shares at a share price of EUR 64.20, - 32 shares at EUR 64.21, - 453 shares at EUR 65.90, - 245 shares at EUR 65.15 and on 24 April 2014 255 shares at a share price of EUR 65.15.
