Loan Participation Note ? issue amount: ?100 million (?11.8 million remains outstanding following a partial redemption/conversion); issuer: Maribor Finance BV; date of issue: 12 October 2007; ISIN: XS0325446903 KBM9 ? issue amount: ?26.03 million; issuer: Nova KBM; date of issue: 29 December 2009; ISIN: SI0022103046 Nova KBM may elect to suspend the payment of interest due if it either reports an operating loss for the previous financial year or declares not to pay
