| The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") informs that under the resolutions on admission of 10,771,423 the Company?s shares to trading and introduction to trading adopted by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 28 December 2010 and 29 December 2010 respectively, trading in the Company?s shares on theWarsaw Stock Exchange started on 30 December 2010.10,771,423 the Company?s shares subscribed for and allotted in the public offering are registered with the Polish central securities depository, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., based on an agreement for participation in the depository and a resolution of the Management Board of the Polish central securities depository adopted on 28 December 2010.Legal grounds: article 56.6 of Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29th 2005 |
