| The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from April 12 2012 up to and including April 18 2012 the Company bought 1000 own shares representing 0.000757% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of BGN 2642.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 2.64 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of the general meeting resolution of 23.06.2010. The intention of the Company is to use the repurchased shares in the future for the purpose of providing them to shareholders of companies targeted in mergers. The total number of own shares after these transactions is 3072966, representing 2.328% of the share capital of the Company. | |||||||||||
