| SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from 30 January 2014 up to and including 5 February 2014 the Company bought 6 886 own shares representing 0.005% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 27 221.75 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.95 BGN and sold 511 589 own shares representing 0.39% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 2 174 003.21 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.25 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 017 883, representing 3.80% of the share capital of the Company. | |||||||||||
