| SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from 6 February 2014 up to and including 12 February 2014 the Company bought 9 990 own shares representing 0.0076% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 42 882.50 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.29 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.
