| PRESS RELEASE Notice to the Noteholders ?? 500,000,000 CALLABLE LOWER TIER II SUBORDINATED FIXED - FLOATING RATE NOTES DUE 2019? ISIN XS0200676160 UniCredit S.p.A. in accordance with the Pricing Supplement and the Terms and Conditions of the above issue (the ?Notes?), having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, will exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 22nd September 2014 (such date being the ?Optional Redemption Date?). As a result, the Issuer will redeem in whole the Notes at 100% of their outstanding principal amount (such amount being the Optional Redemption Amount) on the Optional Redemption Date, together with interest accrued but unpaid up to (but excluding) such Optional Redemption Date.
